Cassi Turner

Foundations Coach - LMFT – Neurodiversity-Informed Coach for Therapists

Strengthening your work through neurodivergent wisdom OR Coaching that meets your brain where it’s at.

Cassi is a licensed marriage and family therapist with lived experience as a neurodivergent clinician navigating the complexities of ADHD. In her new role as a coach, she supports fellow therapists in embracing their neurodiversity and finding sustainable, authentic ways to thrive—both personally and professionally.

Cassi brings the same real, compassionate, and grounded presence to coaching that she offers in the therapy room. She believes that when therapists are empowered to honor their own nervous systems, needs, and neurotypes, they not only create more balance in their lives, but also deepen their capacity to show up for others.

A core part of Cassi’s approach is normalizing and demystifying the ADHD experience through psychoeducation. She believes that understanding your brain is a form of self-compassion—and that accepting your diagnosis is a powerful first step in releasing shame and working with your wiring rather than constantly fighting against it. Her coaching invites clients into a space where curiosity, honesty, and permission replace perfectionism and internalized pressure.

Since earning her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2019, Cassi has worked across a range of settings—from domestic violence crisis centers to outpatient clinics—gaining a nuanced understanding of the demands therapists face. Her coaching blends personal experience with professional insight, helping neurodivergent clinicians find tools, structures, and self-compassion practices that actually work for them.

Cassi leads with authenticity and encourages others to do the same. She believes that authentic expression is not only healing—it's essential. Whether through therapy or coaching, she’s passionate about helping others move through the world in ways that are aligned, connected, and true to who they are.
